| DESCRIPTION |
| The MOSS CS50 M concept is a Floating Production Unit (FPU)
which complies to environmental conditions for World Wide Operations. |
| It is based on Moss Maritime’s extensive experience in the
shipbuilding and offshore industries, designing all kinds of
vessels, monohull and semi-submersibles. |
| The vessel is a semi-submersible type consisting of the upper
hull, two pontoons, six large columns, four horizontal transverse
trusses, four horizontal diagonal trusses and twelve vertical diagonal trusses. |
| The upper hull consists of a double bottom structure with a
top and a bottom plate interconnected by longitudinal and transverse floor
panels. The top plate defined as Main Deck, is designed to allow for easy
arrangement of modularized topside modules. The double bottom is arranged
suitable for integrating topside system tanks and running of pipes and
cables. |
| The helicopter deck is located on top of the accommodation
on port side. |
